I love handing these to people after I find out if they are receptive to a different and honest view point. Just note when giving these powerful documents to people, to do so in the right pretext or else they get mad and throw them away.. Also leave a couple laying around in semi public spot, a small break area works and see how many get picked up, then you know you will have a couple of projects to work on.
