  1. Why will my previous Infowars Store username and password not work on this site?

    You will need to create a new account with this new site.  For security reasons, customer information is not linked between the different Infowars websites.  We believe that your privacy and the security of your personal information is paramount.

  2. When will my order be shipped?

    We strive to ship all orders in 1-2 business days. However, during high volume times such as special events and sales, orders may be delayed. You will receive a email with tracking information once the item is shipped. Infowars Select Storable Foods, Alexapure, Propur, Enerhealth Botanicals, Kaito Radios, Ledge Sports, Harvest Right, Tennessee Arms, Citizen Armor, DFNDR Armor and IsoFitness Meal Bags ship directly from the supplier. You may receive multiple shipments.

  3. What is the correct way to enter my credit card number?

    Please enter your 16 digit credit card number WITHOUT spaces or dashes. For example: 1111222233334444.

  4. What is the registration/password?

    We require a valid email address in order to send an order confirmation email and also in case we need to contact you about your order. By registering an account using your email and a password you can return to the site, log in and view your order information. It also allows you to save your information so that you can expedite the check out process during your future orders. You can check out as a guest but you will be unable to return and check all of your order information. You will also have reenter all of your information during future orders.

  5. All the information is completed, why am I still receiving an error message?

    Please make that you have checked the box indicating that you have agreed to the terms and conditions. Also make sure that all the fields with asterisk in both the billing and shipping addresses are completed.

  6. Why is my credit card not being accepted?

    The most common problem is that the billing address provided does not match the billing address of the credit card. Also, double check and make sure that the 16 digit card number, expiration date and CVV2 number (the 3 digit security code on the back of your card) is correct. If using American Express, the CVV2 number is a 4 digit number on the front of your card.

  7. Do you ship your products internationally?

    We do ship most products internationally, with a few exceptions. Products that cannot be shipped outside of The United States will have shipping disclaimers on their product pages. Please take the time to review our International Customer Page for more details regarding international shipments.
