What is Patriot Points?

This is our way of showing our appreciation for your continued support! You’ll earn points by making purchases on our site!. You can use these points to earn discounts off purchases to help you save on your favorite products.

Who can join the Patriot Perks program?

Anyone can! If you have an account, you'll be automatically enrolled.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points for all sorts of things like making purchases and more!

How do I view my point balance?

You can view your point total in this panel, as well as on your account.

How do I redeem my Patriot Points?

With the recent update to our rewards program, there is no longer a need to redeem Patriot Points for usable coupons. Any current points available in your account can be applied directly to your order during the checkout process on the payment page. Please note that you must be logged in to your account to have this option.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

  • Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
  • Pending: These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals
  • Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

Do I get points for referring friends?

No, you do not get any points for referring friends.

Why did my account balance go down?

You either cancelled or returned a purchase.

I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

Sometimes it takes time for your points to register. Please be patient with us!

Can I use my points during checkout?

Absolutely! We have recently modified our redemption process which now allows for points to be used directly during checkout.

How do I leave the program?

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you, but you will lose all the points you have so far.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.

Where can I report a problem or give feedback?

Please use our normal contact details to report any issues.

Do these points have any monetary value?

Unfortunately no, they have no monetary value. They cannot be used anywhere except our online store for rewards, and should not be traded or bought. They cannot be used for store donations.
