A Special Update From Alex Jones
On The Rising Global Concerns Over The Coronavirus
Update: 4/7/20 8:41 AM CT
More progress! The Coronavirus national emergency continues to spike demand for our emergency food storage kits and other products about 15X above normal. That's down from the 100X above normal spike at the end of February. New orders continue to be placed at an exponential rate.
Shipping remains delayed on new orders, 7 weeks or more in some cases (down from 8 weeks recently).
As has been in place since the end of January, when the concept of emergency preparedness shifted to emergency reaction, new orders will continue to be shipped on a first come, first served basis.
We use UPS to ship most of our orders. UPS is maintaining delivery services. They have obtained exceptions that allow operations to continue wherever possible, even in restricted areas. UPS delivery operations have been designated critical infrastructure by governments and we continue to pick up and deliver, even in restricted areas.
