When I first saw this advertised, I knew I needed to have this. Yes, needed. Not want, needed. Wisconsin allows both Constitutional Carry as well as concealed Carry. As such, I felt with my training as a previous law enforcement officer, it would be fool hearty to carry a .45 firearm either on me or hidden yet have no armor. I also work in security, but the company has "no firearms on premises" policy for every one's "safety". We deal with people straight from the jail sometimes, so... for my safety, I felt I needed this in case there is an altercation or active shooter on site.
I have body armor, but it's been almost a decade since it was purchased so it is outdated. Also, anyone who's worn body armor knows how big and bulky it can be and unless you are LE or military, people KNOW you have it on. Old body armor also gets hot. I used to break out in a rash after about the second day of wearing in hot weather. Not good when you are working 3 or more days in a row yet. I knew it wasn't specifically for a vest carrier, but I needed it. I ordered the medium and upon ordering I entered a code and got 10% off! So it was like the Md for small price. It took about a month to arrive. Something I fretted a bit over, wondering if "today is the day" and I have no armor.
I finally got it and man, is it light! I put it in my newest vest carrier (which sadly never saw service) and wow! When Alex and these makers said it was half as heavy, they are telling the truth! I know it wasn't really designed for this use (I see Infowars now has a concealable vest) but it is so thin, you really can put it under a shirt. If it wasn't for the straps on the carrier and it's design for the bigger armor (but not better), it would be. I've worn it to church, out shopping, and at work. Anyone who wants to have an edge up on bad people (something I suggest) either in a kill zone, excuse me, "safe zone" and when carrying, I HIGHLY recommend this. And yes, ANYONE with kids in schools, get this!

Great Product, Great Copy

By An Actual Marketing Consultant

from Houston, TX

I have seen some of the Citizen Armor videos online and I am impressed enough to order a few backpack inserts for my kids. I usually read reviews before I buy online, but I am dumbfounded to see the above review from a "Digital Marketing Consultant" with so many punctuation, grammatical and spelling errors. A communications professional uses APA format for writing, but not this one.

Also, the complaint about web copy, I loved it! I love my kids to death, but they are brats! Today's marketing professionals are following a new trend of edgy tactics in communications and it's a breath of fresh air, not the same old, boring transfer of information. Rock on Citizen Armor!
